Arauner potassium sorbate (sorbic acid) is a preservative approved under food law for the preservation
of foodstuffs and semi-luxury foods to protect against surface mold formation in jams and marmalades, cream yeast formation in
sour preserves, secondary fermentation in fruit and grape wines.

For fruit mother juices (also concentrated up to 1.33 spec. wt.): 2.0 to 2.7g per liter.
For fruit mother juices for further processing: 1.0 to 1.35g per liter.
For wines: 250 mg. (Content of sachet sufficient for 40 liters.
For pickled vegetables: for immediate consumption 1.5 to 2.25g per liter.

Contents: 10 g sachet.
