Fermentation plastic bung

- Cylindrical model of excellent quality.

- Easy to clean.

- Necessary for larger containers.

Dim.: 4 cm x 10.5 cm (Ø x H)
Shaft diameter: 11mm

This fermentation bung fits our rubber stoppers with 9 mm hole.

Herewith a fermentation without foreign bacteria and oxygen is carried out!

The fermentation tube prevents during the fermentation process that especially oxygen and air enters the fermentation vessel. The resulting carbon dioxide can still escape. Thus, the wort is not contaminated by foreign bacteria, which causes, for example, false fermentation, or oxidized by the oxygen in the air to vinegar.

A sealing rubber is needed to insert the fermentation bung in a lid of a PVC bucket or in a lid of a fermentation barrel.
