Arauner Vitamin C (ascorbic acid).
For enrichment in foodstuffs/cooked foods. Vitamin C is a reducing agent and is used as oxidation protection in foodstuffs, i.e. wines, juices, jams and preserves. This helps to preserve the natural color and aroma substances.

Up to 150mg/l may be used for grape wines that are marketed. For wines in private households, the amount is not limited upwards, but you will not exceed 1000 mg per liter.
