Special mixture of yeast nutrient salts, vitamins (including B1), minerals and trace elements, in an ideal ratio. Ideal for smooth fermentation of all wines, especially flower wines, wines from concentrated juices, and it is certainly necessary for all problem fermentations.

Dosage : 5 - 10 g / 10 l


When to add nutrient salts?

The order in which ingredients are added is very important. One ingredient can strongly influence the effect of the other, even in a negative way! Nutrient salts are added before the yeast.
