Contains potassium metabisulfite (potassium pyrosulfite) and is in powder form. It is used to disinfect materials, to prevent oxidation of juice, wine, beer, to kill wild yeast on fruit and to stop fermentation.

ATTENTION ! When disinfecting materials, always use in combination with an acid !

Dosage :

For disinfection of must / wine : 1 g / 10 l

For materials : 1 - 2 g / l water (+ 0.5 g citric acid / l)
