The beer brewing set XXL is our carefree package. Here everything is included from brewing to bottling. You start brewing in the 2000W brewing kettle, ferment afterwards in the fermentation bucket and then bottle.

Just choose a type of beer and you're done.

Pilsner, Hobbybrauer Dunkel, top-fermented Helles, Weizen or a Pale Ale.

The brewing kettle is particularly well suited by its heating capacity of 2000 watts for mash and hop boiling with our mash bag. For this, the supplied grate is placed in the kettle, the mash bag is hung in and fastened around the edge, so the mash can not burn and does not float around loose in the pot. Stirring is still possible.

During lautering, the mash bag with contents is simply removed from the pot and hung in the fermentation bucket or our lauter attachment. This allows the wort to be filtered by running it through the grist. The wort is also poured slowly through the grist to wash it out in the best possible way.

The lauter attachment is a simple thing to do in conjunction with the mash bag for lautering and filtering. Place the lauter attachment on the fermentation bucket, hang the mash bag completely with the filling in the lauter attachment and let the wort from the brewing kettle run over the malt in the mash bag (filter effect).
