We charge shipping costs flat rate up to 14,99€ = 4,90€
15,-€ up to 79,-€ = 6,90 €
over 79,-€ we ship within Germany free of shipping costs

Delivery to Switzerland:

For deliveries to Switzerland we recommend to use the service of MeinEinkauf.ch. You can find all information under:

 All customs formalities and the delivery to your door will then be taken over by MeinEinkauf.ch for a small fee. You will receive your goods fast, duty paid and at a reasonable price.

We calculate shipping costs abroad according to shipping weight:

Zone 1 : Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Netherlands, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Monaco
Zone 2 : United Kingdom, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Andorra, San Marino
Zone 3 : Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Croatia, Malta

It is not possible to send bulky goods (forwarding) abroad!

Delivery times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1 - 2 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
