Product information "Arauner Agar Agar 10g"

Agar-agar is a powdered fining agent made from marine algae used to remove certain turbidities in some fruit wines.
Small quantities are sufficient to remove stubborn turbidity that cannot be eliminated by filtration.
The quantity used varies between 5-20 g per 100 liters of wine.
If larger quantities than necessary are used, the wine will remain cloudy.
