    Dosage: 8 - 12 g / 10 l
    At temperatures below 12°C please increase dosage up to 20 - 30 g / 10 l.

11.5 grams of dry brewer's yeast top-fermented which produces more esters and thus gives a special spicy aroma.

Beer dry yeast is ideal for brewing

It is high yielding, ferments well, easy to store

Safbrew T-58 is unproblematic in handling

Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 18-24°C

This yeast with origin  VLB, Berlin is also known as RH. This strain is used in many Western European breweries and makes a somewhat fruity note.

Safbrew S-33 brewer's yeast is very robust and reliable. It produces an excellent flavor profile and can be used in many
top fermented specialty beers such as Belgian Wheat and Trappist beers. The low fermentation level gives
beers a high degree of full-bodiedness.

Recommended temperature range: 15°C - 20°C

Dosage: 50 g/hl to 80 g/hl for main fermentations and for secondary fermentations in the bottle: 2.5 - 5g/hl
