Dosage: 1-2 g/l, soak one night in 10 times the amount of water and then add.
To achieve the best result bentonite should always be soaked therefore the following steps should be followed:
1. Dissolve the necessary amount of betonite with careful stirring in three to five times the amount of water
2. allow to swell for 6-12 hours
3. Pour away excess water and dilute again, but with a small amount of the wine to be clarified
4. Stir well and finally mix the bentonite solution with the whole amount of must/wine to be clarified
