Product information "Automatic filling gun"

This filling gun helps you to fill beverages into bottles.
The filling gun can be set to an individual bottle content. This setting can then be used for the following bottles. Thus, a fast and clean filling is guaranteed.
We recommend to use the filling gun in connection with the wine lifter with pump or wine lifter without pump.

Features:
- stops automatically when the bottle is full
- adjustable bottle content
- special anti-foam construction
- connectable to our wine lifters or to 14mm (inside) hoses
 

Instructions and application Filling gun

  1. Mount the filling hose on the side spigot (it may be necessary to disassemble the filling hose stopcock)
  2. Place the filling gun in the bottle and press on it for a hermetic seal
  3. Make sure that the filling hose is in the fermentation balloon or other vessel.
  4. press on the cap (A)
  5. Suck on the small hose (B) until your beverage reaches the filling gun.
  6. turn the ring nut (C) + - to adjust the sensitivity of the lock  according to the height of the bottle
  7. With the stopper (D) you can adjust the filling height in the bottle by pushing it up/down
  8. after filling, repeat the procedure with a new bottle from point 2 onwards
  9. We recommend rinsing the filling gun immediately after use. Make sure that the settings are not changed in the process.
