Product information "Brewer's Yeast Dry Bavarian Wheat M20 10g"
A classic top-fermenting yeast suitable for brewing a variety of German wheat beers or Belgian wheat beers. Bavarian Wheat M20 yeast has a very low flocculation rate, making it ideal for beer styles that are traditionally served cloudy. This yeast produces an exceptionally dry beer with an intense flavor and a delicious banana and clove aroma.
Mangrove Jack's Beer Yeast Dry Bavarian Wheat M20 10g has full-bodied flavors of vanilla and banana with a long-lasting aftertaste. This yeast produces a silky mouthfeel and rich body.
Bavarian Wheat M20 is suitable for Hefeweizen, Kristall Weizen, Dunkel Weizen and more.
Flocculation rate: 2 (low)
Final density: low (medium to high fermentation)
Recommended temperature range: 18 - 30 °C
