Wheat Beer Recipe

Weizen malt blend is for a light banana and clove flavored sparkling beer.
It yields approximately 20 liters of wheat with 4.7% alcohol content and an original gravity of 12.2%.

The malt mixture contains the mixed malt, hops and brewer's yeast designed for the quantity to be brewed.


Malt pour with the following content:

Vienna malt
Wheat malt light

Hops: Hallertau Tradition

Brewer's yeast: White beer yeast top-fermented Item No.: 0862

Choose the size of the wheat malt blend yourself:

10l - You want to experiment with different styles, your brewing equipment is smaller or even just so?.. Then our ingredients for 10 liters are just right.

20l - our standard set geared to all our brewing accessories

30l - you want more than just 20 liters per brewing process, then you have here the possibility to saddle on it

50l -  Every brewing process takes its time, so why not brew 50 liters at once with our ingredients
