Märzen - beer recipe

The malt mixture for a Märzen beer with 5.5% alcohol and an original wort of 13.1%.

- slightly caramel full-bodied beer

The malt mixture contains the mixed malt, hops and brewer's yeast designed for the quantity to be brewed.

Malt pouring with the following content:

Pilsener malt
Munich malt
Vienna malt
Cara Pilsner

Hops: Hallertau Tradition, Hallertau Tettnanger

Brewer's yeast: Saflager W34/70 brewer's yeast bottom-fermented Item No.: 1844
