Dortmunder Export - Beer recipe

a golden yellow, malty and slightly tart beer with 4% alcohol and an original wort of 11.8%

The malt mixture contains the mixed malt, hops and brewer's yeast designed for the quantity to be brewed.


Malt pour with the following content:
Pilsener malt
Munich malt

Hops: Hallertau Tradition

Brewer's yeast: Bottom-fermented brewer's yeast Item No.: 0096
