Product information "Insertion thermometer -10 to 100°C"

The piercing thermometer has a probe and socket with clamp made of 18/10 stainless steel, protective cap made of plastic, measuring range -10°C to +100°C, measuring accuracy about +- 2°C, wide field of application for measurements on wort, mash, meat, beverages, etc.

It can be used for universal testing purposes. Due to the stainless steel probe, the piercing thermometer is suitable for the food industry. It proves to be particularly practical for beverages and core measurements in meat.

Application:

Immerse or insert the piercing thermometer, making sure that it does not touch the edge of the container to avoid false readings.

It is not allowed to use this thermometer in the oven, but it is harmless to use it in the microwave oven if the thermometer is not in contact with the microwave oven itself.
