The GÄRSPUNDmobil makes this possible, it measures the fermentation activity via the number of blops of the Speidel fermentation bung as well as the temperature and sends this data via WLAN to your customer portal in myspeidel.com. you can monitor and analyze your fermentation via these fermentation and temperature curves. The expected bottling time can be better predicted and planned in this way.

The GÄRSPUNDmobil is the perfect accessory for realizing the full potential. Through the data, you can find out the correlations between fermentation and temperature progressions and the taste of your beers and optimize these progressions. In this way, you improve your beer step by step according to your taste.

The scope of delivery includes a temperature sensor cable as well as the tank screw connection for the cable and a mini USB to USB cable.
