Special gas burners for indoor use

If you want to brew beer, you first have to boil the wort. Special gas burners are best for this, as they get hot quickly and are exactly suitable for the size of the wort pots. But those who prefer to brew in their own Brewing beer wants, should get a suitable gas bur ner for the interior. These are considered
safer and are specifically approved for indoor use. In our store you will find certified gas burners for indoor use from the manufacturer Flames VLC. This company specializes in manufacturing powerful and robust gas burners that can cook a lot of seasoning at once. Indoor gas burners differ from outdoor models in that they are safer. Normal gas burners should only be used indoors due to the high level of gas leakage. In addition, gas burners for indoor use are more sturdily built, so they cannot simply topple over in the event of an impact.
However, you still do not have to expect any loss of performance. Also with the gas burner for indoor use is achieved a large flame, which can heat up to 150 liters.

Types of gas burners from VLC for every need

There are 4 different types of gas burners for indoor use from the manufacturer VLC:
● GT-250
● TT-380
● TT-460
● TT-500
The power range of the burners is in the range of 12.5 kW to 20.29 kW. All burners have 1/4" male thread as gas inlet. The gas burners are operated with propane at an overpressure of 50 mbar. The outermost rings of the various gas burner types is between 25 - 80 cm.

Small gas burners for the hobby brewer

The smallest gas burner GT-250, with a net weight of only 1.50 kg, has only one flame ring and therefore differs not only in size, but also stands on special feet. These special feet provide more stability for weights up to 100 kg. However, we recommend not to use the maximum weight to the full. The GT-250 should be used for pots with a diameter of up to 50 cm and a weight of up to 50 liters. Therefore, this model is best suited for hobby brewers and crafters.

Gas burner for brewmasters who boil more

Want to boil more wort at once? With the TT-380 to TT-500 series models, you can boil between 50 and 150 liters. The three gas burners in the TT series are all identical in design, differing only in diameter and heat output. The three burners each stand on three feet and consist of two interconnected rings from which the gas exits for combustion. The heat output varies between 17 and 20.29 kW. The diameter of the flame rings is between 28 and 60 cm for the TT-380 and between 40 and 80 cm for the TT-500. The dead weight of the TT series burners is between 2.0 and 2.5 kg.

More safety through best quality

Safety is our top priority. That is why we recommend that all brewmasters who boil their wort indoors use a suitable gas burner for this purpose. Gas burners for outdoor use may be cheaper in price, but they are absolutely not suitable for indoor use. With us
brewmasters will always find the right model - whether for large or small quantities.
