Malt extract is an extract from malt.
The main work like mashing and lautering is already done, only the malt extract has to be boiled up with hops.
The concentrates are made from selected raw materials and are a pure natural product.
They are produced according to good old traditional German brewing art.
All beer concentrates can be mixed together to create a new type of beer.

To brew 22 liters of beer you need 1.2 kg of household sugar as an addition to the can contents.

If you want to brew according to the German purity law, 1.5 kg of unhopped malt extract or 1.5 kg of dry malt is used instead of sugar. (e.g. another can of 1.5 kg of unhopped malt extract)

Note: The sugar is fermented, you will not have a sweet beer!
