With this set you can pour 3 liters of Jack Daniels spirits bottles upside down. The bottle holder is mounted on a table top e.g. bar board or on the wall. The portioner is inserted into the bottle then this is hung upside down in the bottle holder. You can release the portioner by pressing it with your hand or the glass. Because the glass does not have to have contact with the portioner, this is a big plus from a hygienic point of view.
