The Munich Classic yeast strain is used by a number of commercial breweries to produce a tasty, full-bodied and aromatic Bavarian-style wheat beer.

The low flocculation gives naturally cloudy beers.

At an ideal fermentation temperature of 17°C, this yeast ferments your beer wort within approx. 4 days.
